The Board and staff of Waterleau are pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Luc Desire as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of WATERLEAU, effective October 21.

After 14 years of dedicated service, Bart Goedseels decided to step down from his role and leave the company to take on other challenges. Over the years, Bart has played an integral role in the company’s growth and success, and we are grateful for his leadership and contributions.

Jean-Luc brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and a strong commitment to innovation. We are confident that he will continue to drive the company forward, building on the strong foundation that has been established.

Jean-Luc: “I am honored to join Waterleau as the new CEO. I look forward to working with our talented team to develop innovative solutions that will not only meet current needs but also anticipate future challenges. Together, we will continue to make Waterleau a key player in protecting our ecosystem and promoting a more sustainable future for all.”

We are looking forward to beginning this new phase of Waterleau’s work under Jean-Luc’s leadership and wish Bart all the best for the future.

As we navigate this transition, we remain fully committed to serving you, our valued partner. We thank you for your continued trust and support, and we look forward to working together toward even greater achievements.
