The desalination and water reuse sector is growing faster than the workforce behind it. Technology is advancing. The demand is surging. But the pipeline of skilled professionals, informed regulators, and confident decision-makers is not keeping up. 

IDRA is building the IDRA Water Academy Hub to change that: a global learning platform where the sector’s leading practitioners deliver technical masterclasses, share hard-won operational knowledge, and shape how the next generation of water professionals learn and lead. 

We are now assembling our founding lecturer roster. This is your opportunity to put your expertise in working on a global stage. 

We are looking for masterclasses in: 

• Desalination, water reuse, and advanced treatment 
• Operational case studies from real-world projects 
• PPP structures, finance, regulation, and governance 
• Emerging technologies and innovation 

Content will be delivered through live webinars, in-person training at major sector events, and on-demand sessions to a global audience of engineers, utility leaders, policymakers, and emerging professionals.
