Abergeldie welcomes second intake of graduates under its 2-year Graduate Program

March 11, 2026

Abergeldie has welcomed 17 graduates into the second intake of its Graduate Program, building on the strong momentum established following its launch last year. The new cohort will embark on a two-year development journey, preparing them with skills and expertise to become the next generation of infrastructure professionals.

Day one brought the group together at Abergeldie’s Head Office in Regents Park for ice breakers and insights from the executive team, setting the tone for their professional journey before heading to the Hill Road Upgrade to see firsthand how projects are delivered on site.

Day two saw the graduates return to Head Office for focused development sessions covering professional skills, onsite expectations and an introduction to our culture, values and approach, grounded in a commitment to working collaboratively and safely, delivering reliably, strengthened by accessible leadership, innovation and our self‑perform capability, and guided by a commitment to sustainability and building better communities.

CEO Mark Bruzzone, “It’s fantastic to welcome our second intake of graduates to Abergeldie. Our Graduate Program is a direct investment in the future of our business and the broader industry. By giving graduates early exposure to our people, projects and the way we work, we are setting them up to contribute in a meaningful way from day one. This group has brought fresh energy, and we’re excited to see what they will achieve.”
