On 20 August, Waterise and Morimatsu Dialog (Malaysia) formalized the premises of a long-term partnership for the fabrication of Waterise’s subsea desalination plant  — the result of nearly two years of rigorous strategic sourcing.

Morimatsu Dialog (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd—a joint venture between Morimatsu International Holding Co. Ltd (Japan) and Dialog Fabricators Sdn Bhd (Malaysia)—brings cutting-edge expertise and a passion for smart, modular, and efficient solutions.

Through site visits, workshops, and management system reviews, Morimatsu Dialog impressed us with modern upgraded facilities, strong leadership, and a clear focus on continuous improvement. From first discussions to final selection, every step confirmed them as the right partner.

This milestone marks one of Waterise’s most strategic partnerships to date, establishing a Southeast Asia hub that will boost project execution and enabling seamless collaboration across our entire Supply Chain.
