On the sidelines of World Utilities Congress 2025, Dr. Abdulla Humaid Al Jarwan, DoE Chairman, witnessed the signing of an MoU between DoE and Esyasoft Holding Ltd.

The MoU was signed by Eng. Mohammed Al Rumaithi, DoE Undersecretary, and Chandra Chandrappa Gowda Bipin, CEO and Board Member of Esyasoft Holding Ltd.

The MoU aims to develop smart solutions for monitoring and analysing groundwater, and to build a comprehensive vision for its management using cloud-based data technologies, marking a step forward in enhancing sustainability and accelerating the digital transformation and water resource management.
